Color Temperature

Dimming
A follow spot light is a powerful stage lighting instrument that emits a focused hard-edged beam to highlight your subject. These lights come with manual or motorized zooms that help to control the size of the beam. They also feature mechanical iris and framing shutters for adjusting the beam shape. They can be operated using a console via the DMX protocol or in stand-alone mode with local controls that provide options for dimming, color adjustment and pattern projection.
Conventional spotlights produce colored light through subtractive color mixing, using filters to allow only certain wavelengths of visible light to pass through and throw away the radiant energy of other wavelengths. LEDs, on the other hand, can be spectrally engineered to emit a specific color by dynamically controlling their component parts at the chip or package level. This allows for a wider color gamut with less energy loss than traditional methods.
